KV Active MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Members agree to pay their monthly subscription in advance by credit card, debit card or by direct debit on the anniversary of their KV Active membership each month
• If in the event of membership fees being unpaid, your account will automatically be frozen until all unpaid fees are collected, KV Active can decide to place your account with a third party to collect any outstanding amount. KV Active reserves the right to pass on all cost associated with the collections of the amount onto you, the member
• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable
• Training Sessions are for 55 minutes in duration
• Cancellation policy for KV Active Therapy clients is 24 hours notice. Delimited and Unlimited members can cancel a session up to 5 hours before and their credit will be refunded to their account. If a Delimited member cancels a session within 5 hours of their session, it will be cancelled with no credit refund. If an Unlimited member cancels within 5 hours of their session, they will be logged as a no show
• No show policy is valid for 90 days from the date of the first no show. If you have 3 no shows within this period, your account will be frozen for 7 days. All bookings within this 7-day period will be forfeited. You will still be allowed to make further bookings outside the 7 days period.
• Membership Fees are subject to change reviewed annually.  Members will be notified in writing of any changes.
• Delimited members are allocated 13 credits at the start of each quarter of the annual calendar. If a delimited member joins in month 2 of quarter, you will be issued 9 credits and 4 credits in the last month of the quarter.  The credits are valid for the period of your personal KV Active quarterly cycle.  Any unused credits during one cycle will be valid for use for the first month of your new KV Active quarterly cycle after which time they will expire
• Missed or expired credits are non-refundable and or non-transferable and cannot be stored or saved
• Members wishing to upgrade their membership can do so at any time subject to availability. Your monthly membership payments and credit allocation will be calculated pro rata based on the month of the upgrade within your KV Active membership quarterly cycle
• All membership packages are for a minimum term of 1 month; thereafter you can give one month’s notice in writing to KV Active for the term of your membership.
• Members wishing to downgrade can do so after the initial 1-month period in writing to KV Active with one month’s advanced notice. Your monthly membership payments and credit allocation will be calculated pro rata based on the month of downgrade within your KV Active quarterly cycle
• Membership cancellations for health reasons should be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate and are exempt from any notice period
• Memberships can be frozen for a maximum period of 3 months per calendar year. Your KV Active credits will be deducted and amended based on you freeze length and membership package. After which time the monthly membership payments will automatically resume unless otherwise agreed. Your account will be frozen during your agreed freeze period and you will not be able to access the booking system to make bookings. If payments do not resume at the end of the freeze period, then the membership is automatically cancelled unless otherwise agreed by KV Active.  In the event of illness, injury or pregnancy members requests to freeze should be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate and can freeze their membership for up to 12 months
• The Management of KV Active reserves the right to close the facility without notice for as short a period as is necessary in the circumstances should maintenance and upkeep of the club be deemed necessary
• Should any member, in the reasonable opinion of a functional KV Active coach, cause any nuisance or annoyance to other KV Active members or staff or behave in a way deemed inappropriate to the wellbeing of KV Active, then that member may be refused admission and or have their membership suspended or terminated.  The decision of the management of KV Active in this regard shall be considered as final
• Members join the KV Active and use its facilities at their own risk.  Albeit that KV Active does not seek to limit its liability in respect of death or personal injury to members caused by the negligence of KV Active or its functional coaches it is nevertheless recommended that all members if they are in any doubt whatsoever should seek medical advice from their own doctor before embarking on any fitness programme recommended by KV Active
• KV Active waives all responsibility for any lost and or stolen items belonging to members that may occur within KV Active premises
• KV Active reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
